We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two. Pet rent is $20 a month per pet. We accept pets under 100 lbs combined. Breed restrictions apply. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy information.

Yes, a $75 non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant aged 18 and over and a one-time $150 administrative fee.

Yes, renter's insurance is required. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance that meets the following criteria:

Minimum $100,000 liability coverage

All occupants 18 years of age or older must be listed as Additional Insured

The insured address must reflect the resident’s mailing address listed on the lease

Coverage must begin on or before the lease start date

Additionally, the property must be listed as an “Additionally Interested Party” as follows:

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Residents have until the 5th of the month to submit payment without penalty.
